At Nayomi Saudi Arabia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Nayomi account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.
Pack the Items
Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please include the original invoice in the package for faster processing.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
